A five-figure offer from a call in about week 2.

Erin C.Consultant to home-based care providers, Sync Healthcare SolutionsHealthcare

An existing client reached out in about week 2 of the program, and the offer she pitched him closed.

Erin C. consults for home-based care providers through Sync Healthcare Solutions. She was in about week 2 of the program when an existing client reached out to pick her brain while she was driving. His issues aligned with an offer she was putting together, so she gave him an abbreviated pitch, then presented something more concrete to him and his team. They took it, a five-figure offer.

She credits the program with making her channel her knowledge into distinct offerings with a start and an end. On the ROI, she says she pretty much had it by the second week.

I'm sitting here with Erin C. of Sync Healthcare Solutions. She does consulting for home based care providers. Thank you so much for joining me, Erin.

Erin

Thanks, Carla.

Carla

So okay. So you are in our program. You just completed phase 2, and I'm super excited. I just wanted to get on here and just really capture your win from phase 2. I tell a lot of people that is that phase 2 is a soft sell framework in which we help people really turn warm leads into clients. And so you just come, you're just coming off of a win, and I wanted to get the opportunity to really share that with everybody. So tell us a little bit about it. ... So give me, tell me a little bit about it.

Erin

... So, I had an existing client who reached out to me in about week 2 of this program, and he just kinda wanted to pick my brain about some issues that they had been having. And I was literally driving in my car, not anticipating anything to come of this conversation. And it just, his issues aligned with one of the offers I was putting together for the program.

So I kind of did a very abbreviated pitch to him, giving a high level overview of what I was trying to put on paper and, ended up he was very interested, and so I kinda used the cop out of, well, I'm driving. Let's set a time, and let me run through this with you.

And then I kinda worked on the back end and made something a little bit more concrete and succinct and was able to present that to him and his team. And, yeah, they took it. ...

Carla

That is amazing. And so let's just talk about that. So you were sharing with me a little bit earlier how a lot of clients come to us, and we work with very high level just like yourself, very high level, super smart, people. And it's not that you really, that you can't put it together an offer. It's really that, what are the frameworks? What is something that's gonna have, where are you gonna be ready to pitch something to a warm lead right in the moment just like this happened to you? Can you share how that was beneficial for you?

Erin

So, I think that going through the process with Power Offers has made me kind of take all of my knowledge and channel it into distinct offerings. And then just the process, honestly, of putting that on paper and kinda putting naming to it and putting metrics to it has just given me a more solid platform for, just being able to present myself in a more succinct way.

And so yeah. Could I have done this without Power Offers? Probably. Would I have? No. Honestly, I just, this spending the money, getting into the program, having deadlines, having homework, having scary looking lists like I'm back at school, it's just forces me to knock it out and get it done.

Carla

A hundred percent. A hundred percent. So that when you did have that opportunity, you were, you knew what to do. You were able to close it quickly. I'm so proud of you because a lot of people, I share this with people, prospects when I'm on the phone with them. I say, look. It's easy to close that hot lead. That person that loves you, but it's harder to close the warm leads, the people that you worked for before, the people that are in your periphery, peripheral. It's harder to close those, because you're thinking you get all in your head. What do I offer? How do I offer it? But you were ready. When the opportunity showed up, you were ready because you had done that work. So, it sounds like it was a much easier close for you versus if you were pre-program.

Erin

Going through this process has let me put things into neat little packages that have a start and an end. And I think that's what's appealing to me is I don't wanna be, I left the corporate world to not be beholden to someone. And so for me to have a program that has a clear, here's the start, here's the end. This is the product. Here you are. And you're on your own from here. And if you need more of my help, that's perfect. Come back to me, and you can pay for it.

... And not to be fussy. It's just, that's how my mind works. That's how I like to work. And so this has allowed me to kinda put the framework behind what my goals were and the style that I like to work.

Carla

Well, you brought up an interesting point because a lot of people get those first couple clients when they start a consultancy, and they are doing, they are a consultant, but they're really acting more like an employee. They're in, they're stuck in that hourly hamster wheel. Like you said, they're, you're, they're beholden to the employer, and they can't sort of get out of that. And, also, they're stuck customizing every single offer. So I'm so excited for you because this is one of your first scalable offers. We put it together, and it's the first of many. So I'm so also excited for you that it happened so quickly.

I wanna, I wanted to really get on here and share with people how quickly it can happen. Once you kind of organize your thoughts and you had a, you have that framework, it's not that you have all the experience in terms of delivering your offers. Delivering the deliverables. But it's just having that framework to have the discussion, to get on with somebody, and then to have something that is, like you said, succinct so that, there's not all this back and forth and sending proposals and waiting and, it's, that can just be, super laborious and draining, and then people end up sometimes going back to corporate because they don't have the process.

So if somebody was sitting on the fence and they were looking at the cost and because a lot of people are in that chicken and egg space, where they're like, I don't know if this is worth it because what about the ROI? It's an, it is an investment, and they're concerned. But if they don't invest in themselves and do something like this, then they are, the downside is, might have to go back to corporate. You were, if someone was on the fence and asking you, about the program, what would you say?

Erin

I think for me, the program almost paid for itself in one, in landing one, one of my offers. So in terms of the ROI on Power Offers itself, I think it's there. I'm getting ready to go into phase 3, the tech phase, and so that's where I suppose the rubber meets the road. ...

So, I'm excited to kind of see where we go next. But from a standpoint of whether or not this, the ROI is already there, yeah, I pretty much had it by the second week in the program simply by forcing myself to think in much more concrete and succinct program strategy.

Carla

Hundred percent. Well, thank you for sharing that. I really appreciate it. That means a lot to me, and it's really helpful for people that are considering it. So thank you so much. I appreciate you.
