Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you use the site.
Who we are
This website is owned and operated by Power Offer Consultants. If you want to ask us anything in this policy, or exercise any of the rights below, book a call through the calendar on this site or reply to any email we have sent you, and it will reach us.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to give us. The only place on this site where you can enter personal information is the booking calendar at the bottom of the page. When you book a call there, you provide your name, your email address, your phone number and your time zone, along with anything else you type into that form.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and no payment is taken here.
Our own website does not run analytics software, an advertising pixel or a tag manager. We do not build a behavioural profile of you from your visit.
Third parties who receive your information
The booking calendar is provided by GoHighLevel. When you submit it, your details go to GoHighLevel, who store them on our behalf so that we can contact you about the call you booked.
The videos on this site are hosted by Wistia. When a video loads or plays, Wistia receives technical information from your browser and may set cookies to measure whether the video was watched.
The site itself is hosted by Vercel, who process standard server request information in order to serve the pages to you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above who need it to run this website.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. The Wistia video player and the GoHighLevel booking widget may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Your browser settings control whether you accept these, and blocking them will not stop you reading the site, though it may stop a video from remembering your progress.
Why we hold your information, and for how long
We hold what you give us so that we can have the conversation you asked for and follow up on it. We keep it for as long as we are in contact with you about working together, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep our own business records. When neither applies any more, we delete it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch the way described in the first section and we will act on it. We do not make you prove a legal right before we will do any of those three things.
Some places give you further rights on top of those, and if you are somewhere that does, we will honour them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
